Josh has 20 years experience in the HVAC world serving both residential and commercial across central and lower Alabama. In that time Josh gained a world of knowledge problem solving in the field, managing customer expectations and building relationships with suppliers to give his clients the best quality and pricing around!
Katie has a business degree in entrepreneurship with a minor in marketing. She brings 20+ years experience in assisting companies build their business, have a cohesive brand through branding-development and maintaining a clear vision of your business.
They got married March 2022 where Josh took on the proud role of step-dad to three handsome little boys and then welcomed a baby girl in June 2023!
When not working on 3M, you can find Josh wood working or playing a nice game of home-run derby in the front yard. Katie can usually be found in the kitchen experimenting on a new dish or crafting on a new logo/marketing materials.
